Patrick Lencioni of the Table Group, in California discusses "The Five Dysfunctions of a Team" in a video conference with 70 attendees at the U.S. Embassy, Wellington and NZIM members in Christchurch and Dunedin, on Tuesday, 11th July.  His Message: One of America's leading experts on executive team development, his passions for organizations and teambuilding were quite evident as he discussed the role of the leader today.  He emphasized the importance of teams, “Not finance. Not strategy. Not technology. It is teamwork that remains the ultimate competitive advantage, both because it is so powerful and so rare.”

The audience certainly enjoyed his practical advice which he presented in a thought-provoking and (at times) humorous way.
