U.S. citizens (& former residents of the U.S.) who are seeking FBI clearance for employment or New Zealand residency applications should write directly to:

You must send a letter of request to the address above, including accompanying materials as required by the FBI. For a full list of these materials please visit the FBI Website.
Please download the standard fingerprint card, FD-258, and contact your local police station to make an appointment to have your fingerprint taken.If you cannot download the form, please contact the U.S. Consulate General in Auckland on 09-303-2724 ext 2800, email email@example.com, or appear in person between 1pm and 3pm, Monday to Friday.
