U.S. citizens (& former residents of the U.S.) who are seeking FBI clearance for employment or New Zealand residency applications should write directly to:

You must send a letter of request to the address above, including accompanying materials as required by the FBI. For a full list of these materials please visit the FBI Website.
Please download the standard fingerprint card, FD-258, and either, if you reside in Auckland, contact NZ Post, or, if you live outside Auckland, contact your local Police station, to make an appointment to have your fingerprints taken.

If you cannot download the fingerprint card, please contact the U.S. Consulate General in Auckland on 09-303-2724 ext 2800, email firstname.lastname@example.org, or appear in person between 1pm and 3pm, Monday to Friday.
