Counter Hours for the U.S. Consulate General in Auckland

Please be advised of the new Counter Hours for the U.S. Consulate General in Auckland. The office will now be closed to the public on the last Wednesday of every month, beginning January 30, 2008.

  • Passport Services for American Citizens
    8:00am - 12:00pm Monday to Friday, except the last Wednesday of each month, and U.S. and N.Z. public holidays.
  • Emergency Services for American Citizens
    8:00am- 12:00pm and 2:00pm- 4:00pm Monday to Friday, except the last Wednesday of each month, and U.S. and N.Z. public holidays. For emergencies outside of these hours please phone either: +[64] (9) 303 2724 ext. 2900; or +[64] (4) 462 6000.

Hours: 8.00am to Noon for applications/interviews.
Phone 0900 878 472 - A charge of NZ$3.62 per minute will be made to your telephone bill after the first minute of your call.  
ALL ENQUIRIES MUST BE DIRECTED TO THIS NUMBER. WE NO LONGER ANSWER E-MAIL, OR WRITTEN INQUIRIES ABOUT IMMIGRANT VISA MATTERS.

For Non Immigrant Visas

Hours: 8.00am to Noon ONLY for applications/interviews.
N.B. For phone enquiries and scheduling appointments for visa interviews contact: 0900 878 472 -- 0900 US VISA 

We no longer answer e-mail, phone or written inquiries about non-immigrant visa matters.
Please have your passport details to hand when you make this call.
